Brief Introduction

YSE series three phase asynchronous motors, are the special design new motors

according to the working requirement of chain hoist. YSE is single-speed, YDSE is

double speed.

Product Features
1. Motor housing is made of aluminum. Front and back end cover is aluminum die

casting. Motor base is cold stretch aluminum piece. Whole aluminum housing motor,

reduces the weight of the motor, also beneficial to the heat dissipation of the motor, so

as to protects the motor winding is not easy to aging, extends the lifespan of the motor.

2. Motor adopts cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, (which) enhances the motor

performances of output power, the motor heat condition,starting torque, It is much

better than hot-rolled silicon steel sheet.
Operation conditions:
1.Power Supply: rated voltage is 380V, rated frequency is 50Hz (other voltage and

frequency can be customized).
2.protection grade IP54, insulation class F.
3.Work quota is S3-25%, 120 times per hour.
4.Motor should connect ground line, please refer to the power distribution regulations.
5.No rain and exposure , outdoor use should be packed with protective cover.

ATTENTION:Before the motor power supplied, please Use a 500-volt megohmmeter to

measure the insulation resistor, the resistor should not be less than 0.5 megohms). Or

should dry the motor. The drying temperature should not exceed 120 ℃.
