1. How's your production strength?
A: We have own factories and independent production lines for each type of products respectively. Usually we can supply approx 2,000 ~ 3,000 pcs per month.
2. How's your lead time?
A: We have stocks of some hot sales. Usually we procedure a standard ERP which results in 20 working days.
3. How can you guarantee the aftersales?
A: Generally we offer a standard one-year warranty. One or more year of extensions will be available as value added services. If there is any issue caused by quality defects during the warranty, we will deliver replacement free of charge, even send technical personnel to service on site.
4. I want to operate own brand, do you provide OEM or ODM services?
A: Yes, we do. And we have close relationship with a group of talents on designing and branding, who will well understand your ideas and propose appropriate solutions.
5. I am not sure of your quality before testing a sample.
A: Sample order is accepted and we provide free samples for low powered devices.
6. What's your MOQ?
A: Any quantity is accepted for sample order. Our MOQ is 200 pcs, and for OEM, it will be 800 pcs. 
7. What about the shipment?
A: We deliver single unit by express. DHL, FedEx, TNT, Aramex, UPS, EMS are all available according to your requirement. For bulk order, we have shipping forwarder who has long term relationship with discounted prices.
8. What's the trade term?
A: That depends. FOB, CIF, CFR(also CNF), and EXW are frequently used. Sometimes we also accept DDP.
